I had had a terrible experience with another roofer (NOT Gino) and Gino came and fixed all the problems. The first man had not run the paper up over the parapet walls, so it was leaking there; he had not used used mesh and proper flashing for the hatch and skylights so it was leaking there. Gino carefully assessed all the problems and fixed every one of them using proper materials applied by workers who actually cared about the workmanship. It was a joy to watch. And there’s no leaks now!!

Gino is a excellent roofer. Also fair with his prices and thoroughly explains what needs to be done. The end result is high quality craftsmanship with affordable prices. A year after the job he came by to assess a gutter issue I had which caused a leak but was unrelated to the roof, he fixed it for me in 5 minutes. What more can one ask for in a roofer.

Gino at Fabulous Roofing has been one of the best contractors we've hired in Glendale. They are super easy to communicate with, have great prices, on time, and delivered a quick turnaround. We had a serious roof leak a couple years ago, and they were able to replace the roof as well as the shingles in less than ONE day. Fast forward to this week, where a seal in one of our skylights got a slight crack from the cold weather. Gino was able to come by the next afternoon and re-seal the skylight in 20 minutes. Had a new roof put on a year ago with Gino and it was great - so quick and easy to get done. Fixed a lot of leaks. This year we had an issue with a skylight and Gino came out the next day to look at it and had it fixed up in no time. They really are fabulous!

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt inclined to do so for Gino @ Fabulous Roofing. He came for an estimate, and gave me his honest professional opinion. I compared quotes with a few contractors, and ended up going with Gino. I am extremely happy I did. His crew did great work. Whenever I had a question he was always available to talk with me. If I ever have any more roof work to do, Gino will definitely be my go-to guy. Clear communication, professional work, competitive price. Small family owned business. Can’t beat it.

April 2014: Gino did an incredible job replacing our old roof. In addition, he removed and replaced our old gutter, and installed two new air vents to reduce the attic from overheating. After a winter storm in 2016, our newly installed gutter dislodged due to a heavy snow cap --Gino assessed the damage and repaired the gutter. 2020: After 6-years of NYC weather, I called Gino once again after noticing the edge of my roof had a small separation from the metal lining. Once again, Gino came over today and took care of the areas of concern. I don't often write reviews, but I felt the need to take some time and write a review for the outstanding professionalism and quality work Gino has always shown me. He is always responsive, respectful, helpful, and thorough. He stands by his work, and I can attest to it by the service he continues to provide even after his initial project date (2014). If you want peace of mind and quality work, do not hesitate in hiring Gino from Fabulous Roofing. He will forever be my roofer, and I will continue to recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Gino is very responsive and very professional, it was very easy to setup a meeting and after the meeting is was very clear to me what my options are, once we decided on a date Gino and his team didn't even have to go through the house, they did everything from the outside (3 stories up).
